The day before my water broke

This was the last day I was pregnant before my water broke. I didn't have the baby until Tuesday so I was pregnant the next day as well. Even though I still had two weeks until my due date, I had a feeling I was going to have the baby soon. I kept telling Joel that I felt that baby was going to come soon. He was in Phoenix on his rotations until August 5th so he wanted him to wait to come until at least that time, he didn't:-) I felt really good up until I had the baby. I had a really good pregnancy and am very grateful for how smoothly it went. I was getting tired by the end of it, but I had put on 45 pounds!!!!

Updates and Pictures

When I started this blog I thought that I would be really good about keeping up with it and updating it regularly... I was wrong!!! It has been over two months since the last time I posted. I'm less than a month away from having the baby!!! I am getting really anxious for him to join us. I now have weekly Dr.'s appointments to monitor everything. Everything has gone well at the appointments. We are just waiting for the big day now. Here are some pictures from over the last couple of months.

These pictures were taken about a month ago.

These are Joel's youngest brother and his wife's kids. They are a lot of fun!!!

This is the stroller that Grandma Jann got us!!

This is the stroller with the car seat in it. It is really cute, and lightweight as well:-) Thanks Grandma!!!

This is a picture of me today:-) Joel has been in Phoenix on his rotations during the last month so I don't have any other updated pictures. I keep promising to post a recent picture so I just took one myself. It is crazy to look back and see how much I have grown in the last eight months!!! We have been really blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives. We have gotten so many amazing baby gifts from friends and family. I can't wait for him to meet everyone and be able to take pictures of him using all of the wonderful things he has received over the last few months. I promise to share lots of pictures:-)
